Shipping Policy 

1. Order Types & Processing Times

We offer two types of product releases — Preorders and Drop Releases. Please review the timelines below before placing your order.

Drop Releases

For limited drops, all items are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days to prepare your order.
  • Shipping Time: 5–14 business days to receive the order.
  • Estimated Total Delivery: Customers typically receive their package within 7–14 days of purchase.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. During high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Preorders

Preorder items are part of upcoming collections that are not yet in stock.

  • Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive preorder items within 4–7 weeks from the purchase date.
  • This time frame includes both production and shipping.
  • Once your preorder ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for updates on delivery.

Please note: if your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder items are ready.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free or discounted shipping may be available during special promotions or drops.

3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

4. Delays

Processing and delivery times may vary due to weather, postal service delays, or high order volumes.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at prismthreadsofficial@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by the return email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges Only – No Refunds

At Prism Threads, we do not offer refunds.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: EU orders are eligible for exchanges only—we do not provide refunds.
